VXL & Interwork announce thin client distribution deal

Move reflects VXL’s ambitious growth projections.

Manchester, England, 28th January 2008 — VXL Instruments, a leading global manufacturer of Thin Client devices, today announced a distribution agreement with Interwork Technologies to supply VXL equipment throughout Canada. Interwork is one of Canada’s leading value added distributors with particular strengths in security and VOIP. Interwork will offer VXL’s entire range including the Itona series of thin client devices with embedded Windows XP, Linux and Windows CE operating systems, the thin client notebook range and the XLmanage suite of remote management software. This move will further raise VXL’s profile in the fast-growing North American thin client market and enable Interwork to deliver more choice and value to its many reseller customers.

VXL is committed to growth through a strict channel-only policy and the new agreement with Interwork is a vital step in achieving worldwide growth targets. “VXL’s investment in North America is starting to pay off, and we are now seeing significant growth, particularly for the Itona range” said Frank Noon, VP of Sales at VXL, “Interwork’s substantial expertise as a value added distributor means that they are an ideal partner for VXL.
