Warranty terms and conditions
The type of warranty cover available varies from region to region. The basic warranty period is ONE-YEAR RETURN TO BASE (TWO YEARS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION) and this is automatically extended to THREE-YEAR RETURN TO BASE on successful return of this registration form or Internet registration.
How to use the warranty
The warranty period begins on the date stated on your purchase invoice. The warranty period is ONE YEAR (TWO YEARS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION) RETURN TO BASE and during the warranty period VXL will replace or repair eligible products returned by you to a VXL authorized service centre.
If you wish to avail of your VXL Warranty, please contact the VXL Service Centre applicable to your region. If this is not possible, you may email them or contact your reseller.
On contacting the appropriate VXL centre, the VXL service staff will ascertain whether the product needs to be returned for service. If this is the case, they will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. This number is required before goods can be accepted into the service centre - forgetting to state this number WILL result in the delivery being rejected. You MUST state the RMA number on all packages and documents.
